Google has added a new restriction against third-party applications for all users under 18 years old. You can read more about the changes here.
This video walks through how to configure third-party application settings. Written instructions are outlined in this article by Google. Please complete this at your earliest convenience to enable Google Single Sign-On for your students.

Students at schools that have not completed these steps will receive the error message "Access blocked: Your institution's admin needs to review this app..."
