How To Download + Export Waypoints Data

Overview

This article covers two ways to export your Waypoints data: downloading a .csv file directly to your email, and setting up an SFTP integration for automated data exports to third-party tools like eduCLIMBER.

Note: CSV download access requires a Teacher role or higher. SFTP data export setup is available to System Admins only.

Download Waypoints (.csv)

Access requirements: Teacher role or higher

1. Click on Waypoints in your navigation bar
   
2. Click on the "Download" button at the top right of your Waypoints page
   
3. Check your email inbox in 10-15 minutes for a downloadable .csv file of your waypoints data

How to Port Your Data

This section will explain how to set up SFTP exports of your Waypoints data. You can follow these steps to export data to data visualization products like eduCLIMBER. Access requirements: System Admin

Instructions

1. Click on the "System Admin" tab in your navigation bar. 
   
2. Click on the "Integrations" tab at the far right. Click on the "Add Data Export Integration" button. 
   
3. Select the assessment data you need, and enter your SFTP credentials. Then click on "Set up Data Export."
