Wayfinder is based in the United States and does not generally offer goods or
services to individuals in the European Union, target individuals in the European
Union, or monitor the behavior of individuals located in the European Union.
Accordingly, Wayfinder's own activities generally fall outside the territorial scope
of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
However, certain Wayfinder customers may be subject to the GDPR. In providing
services to such customers, Wayfinder may process personal data on the
customer's behalf and, where applicable, acts solely as a data processor. In those
circumstances, Wayfinder processes personal data only in accordance with its
agreements with the customer, the customer's documented instructions, and any
applicable contractual obligations relating to the protection and processing of
personal data.
