System Administrators manage technical onboarding and configuration settings. They are also district managers who need access to high-level data and metrics. They can:
- View high-level data reports + login statistics
- Conduct and manage rostering + integrations for your schools
- Schedule summative and formative waypoint assessments
- Invite new users and resend invitations
- Edit user access and roles
Principals manage implementing Wayfinder at the school-level. They can:
- View data reports + login statistics at the school level
- Manage classrooms and invite users, based on the configurations set by the System Admin
- View summative and formative assessment results across the school
- Create custom Formative assessments
- View and assign lessons
- View all Wayfinder resources
- Create Intervention Plans
School Administrators - Administrators have near identical access to the Principal user; this is the suggested account type for counselors, school administrators, vice principals, or related.
Counselors have access to a counselor-specific dashboard and MTSS resources such as Tier 2 and 3 Collections and activities. They can:
- Create a caseload
- Create Intervention Plans
- Create custom classes with a defined MTSS tier
- Take notes on individual students
- View all events associated with a student (eg. assignments, assessments, and notes taken by other counselors)
- View and assign lessons
- View summative and formative assessment results across the school
- Create custom Formative assessments
Teachers are educators that implement Wayfinder in their class. They can:
- Manage their own classrooms based on settings set by the System Admin
- View and assign lessons
- View answers submitted by their students
- View activities and collections
