In order to access Wayfinder, your school or district should allowlist ("whitelist") the following web addresses:
- *.withwayfinder.com
- *.projectwayfinder.com
- *.s3.amazonaws.com (documents and videos)
- *.nr-data.net (New Relic performance monitoring)
- *.js-agent.newrelic.com (New Relic performance monitoring)
- *.sentry.io (internal anonymized statistics)
- *.google.com (SSO login)
- *.zdassets.com (Zendesk Help Chat feature)
- *.zendesk.com (Zendesk Help Chat feature)
- *.zonka.co (Feedback tool for non-student users)
If your allowlisting program does not allow for wildcards, you can use
- api.withwayfinder.com
- api.projectwayfinder.com
- www.withwayfinder.com
- wayfinder-scope-and-sequence.s3.amazonaws.com
- project-wayfinder.s3.amazonaws.com
- wayfinder-toolkits.s3.amazonaws.com
- wayfinder-videos.s3.amazonaws.com
- bam.nr-data.net
- js-agent.newrelic.com
- accounts.google.com
- ekr.zdassets.com
- wayfinder.zendesk.com
- o430853.ingest.sentry.io
- us1.zonka.co
Allowlisting should never be done via IP address, as IP addresses are apt to change on most modern SaaS applications. If you have no alternative, you may care to look up the IP addresses of the URL above with a service such as https://whatismyipaddress.com/hostname-ip. Understand, however, that our IP addresses may change from time to time.
