How To Resend Invitations in Bulk

Overview

This article is intended for System Administrators who use Manual or Flat File rostering and would like to send email invitations out to multiple users at once. When users accept their email invitation, they will be asked to set up a password to sign in to Wayfinder.

Please note that districts with single sign-on may bypass sending invitations and use the following instructions to log in:

Instructions

Login as a System Administrator to theĀ Wayfinder Web App.

  1. Click on the "System Admin" tab on the navigation bar.
  2. Click on the "User Administration" tab.
  3. Click on the "Invite Users" button at the top right of the page.
  4. Select from the options given and then click on "Send Invites."
