There are 11 components to the District Dashboard.

  1. Use the Term time filter to switch to the Last 30 Days, your current Term, or School Year. Use the All Schools filter to drill down to individual schools in your district. These filters may change the statistics and graphs on your dashboard, based on the usage data at your district.
  2. Use the Export Data button to export a .zip file of district usage data. For more information, see our guide on Exporting Admin Dashboard Data.
  3. View a snapshot of activity at your school(s):
    • Active Users is the sum of unique teachers and students who have logged in.
    • Educator Lesson Views is the sum of lessons viewed by educators.
    • Lessons + Activities Shared is the sum of lessons + activities shared by educators.
    • Educator Activity Views is the sum of activities viewed by educators.
  4. Featured Content allows you to set the scope and sequence that will be highlighted for teachers at your district by grade-level. Click on the "Assign Content" button to set the content type, school, and grade level. Expand the assignment under "Completion" to view completion details by school, grade, and teacher. For more information, see our guide on Featured Content.
  5. Wayfinder Academy displays the percent of educators who have completed Wayfinder Academy lessons. Click the "View Completion Data" button to view completion data by school and Wayfinder Academy chapter.

  6. Top Users shows the number of lesson completions, activity completions, and content views for each school in your district. Use the school filter shown in #1 above to view Top User data by educator, class, and student at a specific school. For more information on tracking completion data, see our How To Track Educator Lesson + Activity Completions guide.
  7. Toggle between Summative and Formative completion rates in the Waypoints window. Click on View Assessments to see a breakdown of all assessments and results. See How to Set Up Waypoints to administer Waypoints.
  8. Core Skills shows you the latest results based on all Waypoints assessments taken. This component does not change with the filters shown in component 1 and 2.
  9. The Activity graph shows the number of unique active teachers and students over time. Toggle the Teachers and Students boxes on and off to view activity over time. Click on the ellipses button to set a "baseline," which allows you to set the intended numbers of educators and students that should be using Wayfinder.
  10. The Usage by Workbook chart shows the total lesson guides your teachers have marked "complete" by workbook.
  11. Most Viewed lists the most popular activities and lessons being viewed by your teachers. Click on any tile to view the resource.
