Overview
This article is intended for School Admins, Principals, and Counselors who will be using Waypoints. Waypoints is an assessment suite comprising summative and formative measures to help you understand students' areas of strength and growth in relation to our future-ready skills. These tools effectively track student growth in each of our 6 Core Skills.
Summative and classic Formative Waypoints are set up at the district level and, thus, can only be set up by users with System Admin access. If you are a System Admin, please see our How to Set Up Waypoints guide. Once your System Admin has set up Waypoints, you do not need to do anything to assign the Summative or Formative assessments to your students at your school. The assessments will automatically populate on students' (Student-Reported) or teachers' (Educator-Observed) dashboards during the set assessment windows.
If you would like to set up Custom Formative Waypoints, please see our How To Set Up Custom Formative Waypoints guide.
